We are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented property technician with a technical background to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient and safe operation of our properties, both regarding technical systems and daily maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

About the role:

As a property technician, you are responsible for the operation, supervision, and maintenance of technical installations such as heating, ventilation, electricity, and water. You will also work with troubleshooting, maintenance, and communication with contractors, as well as assisting with smaller projects.

Your tasks:

Responsible for the operation and supervision of the building's technical systems (e.g., heating, ventilation, alarms, and access systems)
Perform rounds, troubleshooting, and simple repairs
Report faults and follow up via digital operation and case management systems
Coordinate and follow up work with external suppliers and contractors
Participate in energy efficiency measures and improvement work
The position may involve on-call duties

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

Technical education in e.g., plumbing, HVAC, electricity, property technology, or equivalent experience
Experience in property maintenance or technical operations
Basic IT skills and experience working in digital systems
Good service orientation and ability to work independently
Valid driver's license category B (required)

Experience working in property management systems (e.g., Momentum, or similar)
