About the role

As a maintenance technician, you will work with the repair, service, and maintenance of machines and equipment in the production line. You are responsible for ensuring that operations run efficiently and that any disruptions are resolved quickly and professionally. The role involves both urgent interventions and long-term work with preventive maintenance and improvements within the business. You will also have a coordinating role, acting as a support for colleagues on technical matters.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Service and repair of production equipment
• Preventive maintenance of machines
• Troubleshooting and resolving downtime issues
• Participation in improvement and development projects
• Continuous supervision of the production environment
• Related administration and system registration

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in service, maintenance, or repair of machines and equipment within industrial or production operations
• Good technical understanding and experience working with troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and make your own decisions when the situation requires it
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

The following qualifications are considered meritorious:

• Experience from the food industry or other process industries
• Knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and hygiene routines
• Training in HACCP or experience working according to HACCP principles
• Experience working with quality and management systems such as ISO 14001 and ISO 22000
• Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance planning
• Experience in optimizing and developing production equipment
• Experience in improvement work and continuous improvement, e.g., Lean
• Forklift license
• Leadership experience
