Actemium Instrument Gävle is in a strong growth phase with many exciting projects, and we are therefore looking for additional skilled lead technicians for our operations in Mönsterås and Mörrum. Our customers are primarily within the paper and pulp industry.

As a lead technician with us, you have a developing and varied job where you lead your projects and your team while collaborating closely with colleagues within Actemium.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a lead technician, you are responsible for a team in our projects involving electrical and instrumentation installation at the customer's site. Seeing the value of working with planning and follow-up of your projects is essential. We want you to continue to nurture our good customer relationships and also contribute your ability to think innovatively.

Occupational health and safety issues are our highest priority. We are looking for you who share this view.

We work primarily in the area around Gävle, Kalmar, Norrköping, and Karlstad. Your placement will be in Kalmar or Karlstad. Occasionally, there are projects in other parts of the country, which may involve travel or accommodation away from home.

YOUR COMPETENCY PROFILE

We see that you have several years of experience in electrical and instrumentation installations from the industry, as well as a few years of experience in leadership. You have a basic education in electrical and/or automation technology.

Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and a valid driver's license (Category B) are requirements.

To succeed in the role of lead technician with us, you have a good ability to build relationships, both externally and internally. Furthermore, you are goal-oriented and result-driven. Number one for us is safety and that we work with very high quality towards our customers. We therefore place great emphasis on your ability to lead, communicate, and work systematically to maintain high safety and quality towards our customers.
