Your assignment
In the role of Treatment Assistant/Nursing Assistant, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you work towards making the day meaningful and content-rich based on assignments from the placing municipality. You support and guide the residents towards a structured daily life, including medication management, social contacts, communication, meals, motivational conversations, and cleaning. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your duties also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans.
About Nytida Parkvillan
Parkvillan is a special housing facility according to the Social Services Act (SoL) for persons aged 25 and older, regardless of gender. We serve you with a mental disability with or without co-occurring conditions.
Starting from the implementation plan, we work according to individual conditions to achieve a structured and predictable existence for our residents. Our approach is low-affective, and we have knowledge of and integrate Independent Living (ESL) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) into our work.
Your experience and knowledge

We would like you to have education as a Treatment Assistant/Nursing Assistant. You have at least a high school education in care and nursing or other equivalent education. It is meritorious if you have experience working with the target group. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
