Do you want to work in a development-oriented role with many contact points? We are now looking for a Coordinator for our Business Development department who wants to drive, coordinate, and develop our work with external partners.

About the role

As a Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring an efficient and quality-assured purchasing and production flow with our external partners. You work closely with both internal and external contacts and are responsible for planning, follow-up, and coordination of processes related to purchasing and delivery.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and production with our partners.
• Daily contact with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure material flows, stock levels, and invoicing.
• Communicate daily with internal and external contacts.
• Create structure around articles, plans, and forecasts.
• Actively participate in improvement work and process development.
• Support Business Developers and Technical Sales with administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good collaboration skills and thrives with many contact points.
• Is structured, proactive, and has a good overall perspective.
• Has a clear customer focus and is driven to achieve results.
• Is self-reliant, trustworthy, and enjoys developing ways of working.
• Is proficient in communicating in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Has experience from manufacturing industry and working in business systems.
• Has at least a completed upper secondary education. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
