Project Manager to Interoc – Mälardalen

Do you want to help shape the future of projects within facades and building envelopes? Interoc is now looking for a Project Manager to join our growing operations in the Mälardalen region.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for production in large-scale contracts with a focus on the building's exterior and envelope. This is a new role that offers you a unique opportunity to influence working methods, structure, and execution in long-term projects.

You will lead approximately 15 employees as well as subcontractors, and you will be responsible for the entire project – from planning to final delivery – with a focus on time, quality, and economics.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Lead and coordinate production on the construction site
• Ensure delivery according to contract, schedule, and budget
• Plan resources, logistics, and phases
• Responsible for project economics, forecasts, and invoicing
• Drive quality, environment, and safety work (BAS-P/BAS-U)
• Handle risks, deviations, and additional work (ÄTA)
• Ensure competence, staffing, and certifications
• Handle customer dialogue, disruptions, and complaints professionally

About Interoc

Interoc has over 60 years of experience in ROT projects and roots in Opus Mur & Puts (1962). The company has worked on some of Stockholm's most well-known buildings, such as the Opera House, the Royal Dramatic Theatre, and properties in Gamla Stan.

Today, Interoc is an established player in sustainable facade solutions, door and window replacements, and has been part of the Corteco group since 2022. The operations are located throughout Sweden.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in relevant roles within construction and large ROT projects
• Has good technical understanding, preferably within facade/building envelope
• Is trained and experienced in BAS-P/BAS-U
• Has knowledge of contract law (AB04/ABT06)
• Has good economic understanding and experience with project economics
• Is a confident, structured leader with strong collaboration skills
• Communicates fluently and works in a business-like manner

We are looking for a senior person who can take responsibility from start to finish. This includes everything from calculation work to forecasting and completion, as well as understanding the entire business.

• Practical experience as a craftsman within the building envelope, e.g., facade or windows, is meritorious.

You are a confident and engaging leader with a structured working method that creates drive and collaboration within the team. You thrive with independent responsibility, take initiative, and stay one step ahead in both planning and execution.
