You will step into a key role in an advanced manufacturing environment where layout, logistics, and production flows need to align from early concepts to a finished factory. Here, you will work closely with production, construction projects, and technical teams to ensure that the factory develops in a structured, efficient, and visually clear manner.

You will become a key specialist in matters concerning layout, material flows, equipment, and model coordination, while also having significant influence over how production areas and solutions are designed. • You create and update the factory's 2D layout and coordinate layout changes between different projects.
• You draw processes, logistics setups, and production concepts into 3D building drawings using SolidWorks.
• You participate in project meetings and contribute specialist knowledge regarding layout, process, and equipment.
• You drive the coordination of logistics flows, material placement, buffer strategies, and overall flow optimization.
• You support the project organization with layout documentation and train users in AutoCAD and related working methods.
• You are responsible for processes related to layout changes, including the development and implementation of working methods for changes and freezing.
• You coordinate and implement changes from construction projects into factory models, layout documentation, and infrastructure.
• You develop concepts and solution proposals for production equipment and production areas.
• You lead and coordinate work performed by external engineering resources regarding production equipment, 2D layout, and 3D layout.
• You drive factory simulation and further develop models for production and logistics.
• You are responsible for the further development of standards for the factory's visual design, signage, markings, and work environment.
• You work as a superuser in Dalux and coordinate the factory's main model and collaboration areas.

• Experience with factory or production layout.
• Good understanding of production flows in assembly manufacturing.
• Good understanding of logistics, material handling, and Lean principles.
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Very good knowledge of 3D-CAD, especially SolidWorks.
• Good knowledge of Autodesk environments such as Inventor, Navisworks, and Revit.
• Experience with BIM, model, and information coordination.
• Experience with Dalux or similar platforms for model coordination in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Good understanding of internal logistics, material supply, kitting, and material presentation in a production environment.
• Experience in analyzing and visualizing material flows and translating logistics requirements into practical layout and production solutions.
• Experience in project management and coordination between multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and coordinate external resources.
