About the Role

Here you will have an important role in daily production work with a focus on safety, structure, and quality. You work close to the operations to ensure that work tasks are carried out safely and that the correct documentation is in place, up-to-date, and functional in practice.

This role suits you if you thrive in a production environment where you can combine technical understanding with a methodical approach. You will become a central part of the work to improve risk assessments, clarify working methods, and catch deviations before they lead to problems. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to contribute directly to both safety and continuous improvements in the business.

Responsibilities
  • You lead, conduct, and document risk assessments according to ABRA and MSA for existing work tasks.
  • You create, revise, and quality-assure operation descriptions and work instructions according to current standards and requirements.
  • You collaborate with operators, maintenance technicians, production management, and LSA to ensure that risk assessments are conducted according to routine.
  • You identify deviations and risks in existing instructions and drive clear action lists.
  • You contribute to continuous improvement work within ABRA and help the business develop safer and more sustainable working methods.
  • You create new operation descriptions for new tasks in production.
Requirements
  • Experience in industrial production
  • Experience working with risk assessments and/or technical documentation
  • You work in a structured and independent manner
  • Fluent in Swedish
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ABRA or similar risk assessment methodology, such as FMEA or SOP-based risk analyses
  • Knowledge of the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC)
  • Experience writing operation descriptions and work instructions in a production environment
