We are looking for a communicative, service-oriented, and driven team player who is passionate about working with practical/physical and administrative tasks. Together in the team, you will ensure that laboratory operations can meet their deliveries. As an employee within LabSupport, you will be part of the "Stab, Climate & Support" team under Quality Control (QC) Maintenance & Support, located in Gärtuna or Snäckviken, Södertälje. You will collaborate closely with the team, our laboratories, and our suppliers.

This is a consulting assignment starting no later than August 3rd. The assignment runs until December 23, 2026.

Your Role

Your main responsibilities include:

• Daily contact with customers and suppliers, primarily within the EU.
• Participation in improvement work, target setting, and development of action plans.
• Problem-solving and lean work within your area of responsibility.
• Order management to suppliers and delivery monitoring in our business system.
• Receiving and unpacking deliveries, inventory management, and administration in our electronic systems.
• Large-scale preparation of release media for the QC lab. A comprehensive project is underway here to streamline work and improve the working environment.
• Gas changes, tube changes, and gas packages.

Requirements

• At least upper secondary education.
• Experience with order management, warehouse management, and supplier contacts.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable working with MS Office; experience with SAP is preferred.
• Preferred: Several years of professional experience from manufacturing companies, warehouses, or storage.
• Preferred: Experience with SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), LEAN, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and an interest in chemistry, microbiology, or laboratory work.
