CityMail delivers mail and packages to approximately 6 million private individuals and companies in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues for Farsta.

We are looking for you who:

• Are at least 18 years old.

• Have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

• Hold a B driver's license or a moped permit.

• Enjoy physical work.

• Do not have plans to study, but are seeking a permanent position.

• Are available to start work in August.

• Are comfortable driving vehicles for which you have a license/permit (bicycle, moped, car).

Experience in similar work is an advantage, but your background is not the most important thing to us. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, which is why we place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does a workday look like?

The operations are open on weekdays excluding holidays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00–16:30.

• The workday begins with preparations for the day's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages.

• Afterwards, the delivery takes place within the area. We primarily use electric bikes during delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on your delivery route for the day.

• When all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office to wrap up with administration and preparations for the next day's work together with your colleagues.

Employment type

The position is a so-called hourly employment where each shift constitutes a specific fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scope, depending on the day and needs. We would like you to be available to work up to full-time during daytime. To ensure you have the right conditions for success, the employment begins with an introduction.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary ladder applies to both permanent and hourly employees. Starting salary per hour is 150 SEK (including 12% vacation pay), which corresponds to 134 SEK excluding vacation pay.
