Who are we looking for?

We are looking for truck drivers who are flexible and open to working at different locations, within various industries, and with different types of driving tasks. We value drivers who take good care of both the vehicle and the cargo, enjoy staying active, and provide friendly customer service.

Working Hours:

Working hours vary depending on which client you work for, but the most common schedule is daytime shifts starting between 05:00 and 07:00. You will typically work 8-hour shifts. Evening shifts are also available, starting around 14:00–15:00.

Requirements:

• C-category driving license
• Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC/YKB)
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Counterbalance Forklift License (Type A)
• Proficiency in Swedish

Qualifications that are an advantage:

• At least 6 months of daily experience driving heavy trucks
• CE-category driving license
• Access to a personal car to commute to remote work locations
• Basic ADR certification
• Crane license (preferably for trucks over 18 tons)

Hiring Process:

Interviews and training are conducted on an ongoing basis. The positions are full-time with the possibility of a permanent contract after 6 months. There are also significant opportunities to transition into employment directly with one of our clients. If you are our new truck driver, there are plenty of opportunities if you have the drive.

The base salary is based on the average salary of regular drivers at the client you work for. Overtime and shift allowances are typically paid according to the Transport Industry Collective Agreement, although other collective agreements may apply depending on the client's specific agreements.
