You make everything fall into place

As a property manager, you keep track of the square meters, the economy, and the people who use the premises. You work closely with the municipality's operations and ensure that your properties are developed, maintained, and used in the best possible way.

Your property portfolio offers great variety. One day you work on long-term development, the next on finding the right premises for operations with very specific needs. This suits you if you enjoy finding solutions and thinking a few steps ahead.

Main responsibilities

• Plan and follow up on the maintenance of the properties.
• Work with investment planning, budgeting, forecasts, and follow-up.
• Drive local adaptations and participate in procurement processes.
• Manage contracts and ensure that regulatory requirements are met.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is used to taking responsibility, thinking one step further, and driving things to completion. Collaboration with others comes naturally, while you also thrive working independently and making your own decisions. You can handle multiple cases simultaneously and clearly see how your work contributes to the bigger picture.

You have a university degree in property economics, property management, or equivalent. Experience in property management and technical competence are meritorious. You express yourself clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and hold a B driving license.
