Bräcke Diakoni is a faith-based organization where we work every day to make everyday life a little safer and more humane for those we meet. At Bräcke Health Centre Lokstallarna, you will use your skills in an environment characterized by engagement and the desire to make a difference, both in collaboration and in the meeting with patients. We are now looking for a district nurse or registered nurse for a fixed-term position of five months.

Your Role

As a district nurse or registered nurse at Lokstallarna Health Centre, you will have a varied job where your assessment makes a difference in the patient's journey through care. You meet patients via telephone advice, at your own clinic, and during visits together with doctors. Here you will use your medical competence broadly, follow patients over time, and be part of close collaboration with colleagues from different professions.

We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse or district nurse and who thrive with the variety in primary care. You easily create an overview, are confident in making prioritizations, and contribute clarity to daily work. In meetings with patients and colleagues, you are receptive and advocate for an equal treatment where everyone's equal value is a clear starting point.

Lokstallarna Health Centre is located centrally in Jönköping and is a workplace where approximately 8,950 patients and about 40 employees meet every day.
