Qualifications

• Swedish language skills
• Category B driver's license when you start your employment.

Scope and start date

The position is approximately 75-100%, and the work is scheduled during daytime, evening hours, and every other weekend. Start date in August as agreed.

What does the job entail?

The days are varied with great opportunities to contribute to people's quality of life. You support, help with practical tasks, and provide service based on the customer's needs and wishes. The most important thing is that you enjoy building relationships and are good with people.

What background do I need?

For some, this might be a great chance to get their first job; for others, it might mean they are tired of their current industry and want to do something meaningful; and for a third group, it might be a longing to continue within care but change employers. There is no one-size-fits-all solution – we recruit people who have a solution-focused attitude, empathetic values, and want to grow with us.

So, does it not matter if I have relevant experience?

Yes, of course, we see it as positive if you have worked in healthcare/care and done it well! Education as a nursing assistant or equivalent is also an advantage but not a requirement.

Isn't it very tough to work within home care services?

It absolutely can be, and that is generally how development looks within healthcare and care. That was also one of the reasons we started in 2013, with the conviction that we can do things a little differently and constantly improve the operations with a focus on those we are here for – the elderly. And how do you do that? By taking care of your employees, of course.
