Qualifications

We are looking for someone with education as a nursing assistant or equivalent experience within care and elderly services. You have good knowledge of Swedish and hold a B-driver's license at the start of employment. Previous experience in home care or similar operations is a plus.

Scope and start date

The position is 75-100% and the work is scheduled during daytime, evening hours, and every other weekend.
Start date in August, according to agreement.

What does the job entail?

As a nursing assistant in home care, you work closely with people in their home environment and become an important part of their daily lives. The work is varied, and every day offers the opportunity to make a difference. You provide both practical support and care, always based on the individual's needs and wishes. Most importantly, you enjoy meeting people, building trusting relationships, and have a genuine interest in helping others.

What background do I need?

This is a role for you who are educated as a nursing assistant or have equivalent experience within care and elderly services. Perhaps you already work in home care or elderly care and want to change employers, or you are longing for a workplace where you can truly make a difference – in every encounter.

There is no standard profile for who you are as a person. We are looking for you who have a solution-focused attitude, empathetic values, and a desire to continue developing together with us.

Isn't it very tough to work in home care?

It certainly can be, and that is generally how development looks within care and elderly services.
