The Role of Assistant Nurse with Us

In this role, you are responsible for providing nursing and social care tailored to each resident's individual needs. By offering attentive and professional treatment, as well as planning and carrying out daily activities, you contribute to creating a secure and pleasant life for the residents.

For us at our care and residential home, this means that with great attentiveness and commitment, we provide each resident with the care they need, based on individual needs and approved decisions. We put our residents in focus while working together with closeness to each other.

You are expected to perform delegated health and medical care tasks based on your position and the needs of the operations. You will work according to a schedule including days, evenings, and every other weekend.

As a person, you are accommodating in your interactions and attentive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current working relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, deliver results, and prioritize your work efficiently. • expresses themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work

Our Offer and Other Information

We offer a permanent position with start date as agreed.

The position is full-time or as agreed. Within the Department of Care & Social Services, all employees within home care and care and residential homes are employed at 100% engagement, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their engagement to the desired level based on operational needs. The schedule includes day shifts, evening shifts, and every other weekend.

Before an employment offer is made, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented. Prepare yourself as soon as possible by ordering an extract from the criminal record. Background checks may be conducted before employment.

As of July 1, 2023, assistant nurse (undersköterska) is a protected professional title.
