About the Role
We are looking for someone who wants to be involved from the start and build our presence in Central Sweden – an area stretching from Linköping to Gävle. This is a newly created position as part of Timberman's continued expansion in Sweden. You will complement Timberman's other sales representatives in different regions and have significant responsibility for your own region.
This is a role for you if you value freedom, responsibility, and influence. You will work closely with our distributors, DIY stores, paint shops, and any other sales channels to ensure that Timberman's products are highly visible, accessible, and attractive to the end customer. This includes, among other things, setting up in-store displays, running campaigns, and building strong relationships in the field. You will have the opportunity to build up your region and thereby create good relationships and business. Business drive, relationships, and a results-oriented mindset will be key to success in this role.
The role involves travel within your region, and overnight stays will occur on a weekly basis.
Who are you?
We are looking for you with an entrepreneurial drive who enjoys building good and long-term relationships. You are accustomed to creating results through independence and structure. We also believe you have a few years of experience from the industry. Timberman has established channels to some extent. Knowledge of floor installation is a merit for this role.
You are driven to create good business and want to see how your region contributes to the whole through your work.
As a person, you are structured, good at handling different types of customers, and have a winner's mentality.
