We are looking for someone with previous experience from the food industry, or someone who is not afraid to try something new. You should be passionate about the service industry and able to work both independently and as part of a team maintaining a high pace.

The position requires a certain degree of flexibility, meaning you should be able to step in with short notice. Ideally, you reside in Kungsör or Eskilstuna.

Your work area will be in Eskilstuna and Kungsör, where the most common tasks will consist of order picking and mobile cashier duties.

Employment Type

This is a 'needs-based' employment (behovsanställning) which requires you to have another primary occupation of at least 50%. A primary occupation can be, for example, studies (minimum 50%), running your own business, being an elite athlete, or being a pensioner. You will also need to provide documentation of your primary occupation before any employment for this position can commence.

As a needs-based employee at MRC Bemanning, you submit your available hours weekly. The working hours vary according to store hours, and you should be able to work both mornings and evenings at least 2–3 days a week. Your schedule will include both pre-booked shifts and urgent shifts that come in on the same day.

Salary according to the Trade Collective Agreement.

Experience in similar areas is directly advantageous.
