Your role as Project Manager/Designer

In this role, you work with project management and design within substations and electrical power facilities in the voltage range of 0.4–130 kV. You are responsible for driving projects forward, from planning and design to implementation and follow-up, with a focus on quality, time, and economy.

You work on projects related to both new construction and maintenance of stations, where you serve as a crucial link between technology, production, and the customer. The role involves working with technical solutions and design while simultaneously leading and coordinating the various parts of the project.

The projects are primarily located in central and southern Sweden, and you collaborate closely with colleagues, customers, and contractors. You play a central role in ensuring progress and creating structure in projects, while contributing your technical expertise in substation and control facility environments.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience working within electrical power and want to combine technology with project management. You have worked with construction, maintenance, or troubleshooting in substation or control facility environments and have several years of experience in the voltage range up to 36 kV. You have also worked with higher voltage levels up to 130 kV.

You have an education in electricity or electrical power, or alternatively, you have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. It is an advantage if you have experience in project management or have completed some form of project management training. If you have previously worked as a technician or fitter in the field, we see this as a significant advantage.

High-voltage competence is required for the role. It is an advantage if you have certificates such as ESA, ECY, EBR, or authorization for electrical installation. If you also have experience with relay testing, RTU, or remote control, that is a plus.

As a person, you are self-reliant and take responsibility for your projects and tasks. You are structured and have the ability to plan and drive the work forward, while being relationship-building and enjoying dialogue with both customers and colleagues. You have a business-like approach and understand the importance of delivering with quality in every project.
