Job Responsibilities

As a Road Barrier Installer, you will work in a team installing road barriers on highways. The work is based in Borås, but since your workplace moves, the work may take place in other locations. This means that overnight stays away from home will be required. Working hours are during the day.

Background and Personal Qualities

We prefer that you have some form of prior practical education, such as a construction program or equivalent. Similar work experience is seen as a great plus. If you have completed training for working on roads, this is an advantage, but not a requirement. A requirement, however, is that you have a category B driver's license. You are a hardworking and positive person who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions. You are handy, enjoy physical work, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed. Furthermore, you and your colleagues in the team support each other so that you can solve the day's tasks together. As mentioned above, you will need to stay away from home when the work requires it, which means that your private life must allow for this.
