Polyamp specializes in power supply products and systems to protect ships from magnetic mines. We have our own development and manufacturing of AC/DC and DC/DC converters. Our specialty is voltage converters with high reliability, designed for use in harsh environments. Polyamp specializes in the design and manufacturing of systems for mine countermeasures equipment for Swedish and international naval forces. We also manufacture sensors to measure electric fields underwater, which has both civilian and naval military applications. This means we also have modeling and measurement tools, as well as unique competence in underwater signatures. Our headquarters are in Sollentuna and manufacturing takes place in Åtvidaberg, where this position is located.

Information about the position

Polyamp is now strengthening its warehouse and logistics function by creating a new position. Today, the tasks are handled by several people in the organization, but we are now looking for you who want to take greater overall responsibility for warehouse structure, material flows, and logistics processes. You will receive a thorough introduction from colleagues who currently work with the tasks and gradually grow into the role. You will be responsible for ensuring a well-functioning flow from when materials arrive at the warehouse until finished products are delivered to the customer. The position combines practical warehouse work with administration and coordination of logistics flows.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and register incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Place and organize materials in the warehouse
• Pack and administer outgoing deliveries to customers and projects
• Handle delivery notes, freight documents, and customs documentation
• Ensure that products are labeled, packaged, and documented according to customer requirements
• Work with inventory, stock turnover, and stock monitoring
• Develop warehouse structure and create efficient material flows
• Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers, transporters, and internal functions
• Collaborate closely with purchasing, production planning, sales, and production

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who thrives on creating structure, order, and clarity. You do not need extensive prior experience in warehousing or logistics – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, are meticulous, and want to take responsibility for your area. We see that you have:

• Good computer skills and ease in learning new systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to understand and handle instructions, documentation, and customer requirements in English
• Category B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have experience in warehousing, logistics, administration, business systems, or customer and supplier contacts.

The position may be subject to a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act. To be considered for the role, Swedish citizenship is required, as well as passing a security clearance.
