We are now looking for a new employee for our store. We want you, the applicant, to have good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious. You see the customer's needs and deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative, happy to come up with suggestions and ideas, and find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to constantly develop and improve both the business and yourself.

You will have a special focus on online sales, loose-weight candy, and the front-of-store area. In addition, you will handle all typical retail tasks, such as:

• Restocking and fronting of goods
• Creating sales-oriented displays
• Register work
• Handling complaints and returns according to procedures
• Self-control, cleaning, and tidiness in the store, warehouse, and staff areas
• Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment
• Following shrinkage and waste routines
• Contributing to continuous improvements and a good work environment

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is always number one. You find it easy to build long-term customer relationships and inspire customers to enjoy shopping. You thrive on being active and working with your body. Working in a store offers varied work, sometimes at a high pace, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

The position is a fixed-term contract for 30 hours/week, starting August 17th or as agreed. The contract runs until 2027-01-02. Working hours vary and include day and evening shifts as well as weekends. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Requirements

• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written) are required
• Must be 18 years old to work independently at the register

Merits:

• Experience and competence from retail and/or other service professions are meritorious, but personal suitability is equally important
• High school education
• Multilingualism
• Basic knowledge of store economics or food handling
