For our facilities at Camping Ramsjö and Hedsjö, we are looking for a camping host with a positive attitude and a strong service orientation. As a concierge, you play a vital role in ensuring the overall experience for our guests. You will create an environment that exudes safety, attractiveness, and warmth for our visitors.

Your duties include welcoming guests, cleaning before and after stays, ensuring everything is in order and functioning correctly, and maintaining the facilities (decorating, tidying up, ensuring heating, etc.). You will also handle administration, social media, and preferably assist with light renovation work (e.g., painting, patching, etc.). You will be part of a friendly team that you can consult at any time.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, flexible, responsible, and proactive. You are independent and share our passion for giving our customers a fantastic experience. This means you have a good overview of your assigned areas, can provide excellent service, listen to customer needs, and offer suggestions for improvement. You can easily build good relationships with both guests and the team. Additionally, you are able to work collaboratively, as the role involves both individual and group tasks.

Since our facilities are spread across multiple locations, we are looking for someone who holds a valid Category B driver's license and has access to their own car. Experience in service jobs is a plus but not a requirement; we are happy to offer you the opportunity to gain this experience. It is also important that you have a good command of the English language. We look forward to working with you!
