The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you are the face of the company and a vital part of the customer journey. Every day you meet new people, build relationships, and guide customers to the right person in the team. For you, it comes naturally to make contact, create engagement, and make people feel welcome!

Main Responsibilities

• Receiving customers in the car showroom

• Responsible for cleaning public areas and arranging/moving vehicles inside and outside the company premises.

• Viewings and test drives

• Booking and check-out

You will work closely with salespeople and strengthen the connection between production managers, the CEO, and the Sales department. Within your role, you will also receive mentorship from the company's CEO to gradually prepare you for future career opportunities within the company!

We are looking for someone who

• Has a large social battery

• Has an eye for detail

• Is driven to develop and show what you are capable of

• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

A moderate interest in cars is an advantage!

We are not looking for experience – we are looking for drive. This is a junior role for you who wants to develop quickly and take the next step in your career. Our last Sales Assistant became a Salesperson within 12 months. Are you the next star?
