About the Position
We are looking for you who want to work at the intersection between research and practical application. You will become an important part of an experienced team where we jointly develop methods, algorithms, and systems within image and signal processing as well as machine learning.
The applications span areas such as surveillance and monitoring systems and autonomous vehicles. As an expert, you contribute with experience, a holistic perspective, and technical depth.

About the Unit
You will join the unit Sensor-Close Data Analysis and Simulation, which belongs to Cyber Defense and Command Technology in Linköping. A central part of the unit's research consists of the development and evaluation of methods and algorithms for the automatic analysis of sensor data from individual sensors, as well as detailed simulation of sensor data. The goal is to facilitate interpretation of information for users or various technical systems for monitoring and unmanned vehicles. Important types of sensors include radar, optical, and 3D imaging sensors.

The position is a permanent employment that may start with a six-month probation period.
