Your Responsibilities

In this role, you drive the entire sales process from qualified customer dialogue to contract, focusing on industrial customers and complex decision-making environments.

  • Take over and develop ongoing customer dialogues and pilots
  • Convert pilot projects into long-term contracts and recurring revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities within the manufacturing industry
  • Build trust with decision-makers in production, quality, technology, sustainability, and management
  • Explain technical benefits in a commercially clear way
  • Work closely with founders and the team to shape a more scalable sales model
  • Contribute with market insights, customer understanding, and structure in commercial work

You will enter a situation where Digiclean already has relevant customer dialogues, and the assignment is about creating momentum, trust, and closures.

The position is located in the Gothenburg area, with Digiclean Solutions AB in Gothenburg and Borås. The company works with automated monitoring and control of process fluids as well as industrial chemical products. Our Expectations

We are looking for you who have experience in selling and closing complex B2B deals with industry or manufacturing companies. You have likely worked with technical sales, business development, key account management, or a customer-oriented role related to process chemicals, industrial fluids, lubricants, metalworking fluids, surface treatment, process technology, or similar areas. You understand how industrial customers make decisions and are used to handling multiple stakeholders in the same deal. As a person, you are self-reliant, practical, trust-building, and persistent. You like to take responsibility for revenue, create progress, and work close to both technology and customer benefit.
