POWER is looking for a passionate, engaged, and driven Telecom Manager!

The position is a permanent part-time employment at 85%, with an initial six-month probationary period and start date according to agreement.

As a Telecom Manager at POWER, we have high expectations of you and that you always act as a role model. You will receive clear goals for both your own and the department's sales, which are then followed up on continuously. You will spend the majority of your time working as a salesperson in the store where you meet our customers.

We want you to be flexible and open to change, as the industry and the daily life we operate in are constantly changing. We need to continuously adapt to meet the expectations of our customers and employees.

Leadership, sales, results, and customer focus are things you find interesting, stimulating, and developing. You lead by example, share your experiences, and enjoy spreading great energy.

You have a strong will and ability to take responsibility and enjoy working at a high pace. We also expect you to be positive, proactive, and willing to work varied hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We want you to:

  • Be good at communicating with customers and colleagues, be service-oriented, and be passionate about sales and the products we sell
  • Be motivated by sales, and more than happy to exceed new goals and results both individually and as part of the team
  • Plan and conduct various types of meetings such as morning trainings, staff meetings, and employee interviews
  • Ensure that your colleagues have the right training and knowledge
  • Understand the customer's needs and wishes and always strive to offer that little extra
  • Be responsible, orderly, and structured with experience from planning and conducting ongoing inventories
  • Have the will and ability to take responsibility for your own performance and thrive working at a high pace with high demands
  • Contribute energy, joy, and motivation to the workplace
  • Be honest and open to receiving and giving constructive feedback
  • Be lively, cheerful, and proactive
  • Be yourself – because that is how we like you!
