Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities consist of supporting our residents with the interventions they need. It is important to us that you put the residents at the center of your work and that you enjoy collaborating around them to create the best possible outcome for them.

We constantly face new challenges, and you will be part of developing care to a better standard and creating a meaningful everyday life. You follow up on your work and are a good communicator. Other tasks may also arise, and the content and conditions of the work may change over time.

We prefer that you have an interest in technology and development, as elder care is currently in an exciting phase of development.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education (Undersköterskeutbildning)
• Category B driver's license
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, as the scope of the profession requires documentation and delegation.

Merits

• Experience with home care and somatic nursing
• Experience with day activities, business development, Lifecare, BPSD, and Senior Alert
• Specialist nursing education in dementia
