About the Department

Do you want to help develop our work at Leksand Primary Care Centre? We are a department where quality, accessibility, and collaboration are in focus for our approximately 15,500 registered patients. Around 80 dedicated staff members from various professions work here. These are the colleagues you will form teams with. We are on the verge of adopting a new way of working where everyone becomes a generalist, and where we collaborate more closely around our most vulnerable patients. The primary care centre is located about a five-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to commute by bus or train.

Job Responsibilities

The work mainly involves assessment and treatment of patients aged 18 and above with mild to moderate mental health issues. This includes daily telephone advice, assessment calls, support and crisis counseling, on-site treatment, digital treatment, and internet-based CBT therapy via the iKBT program.

The approach is primary care-oriented, focusing on making high-quality psychological interventions accessible to many. The work is stimulating and offers great opportunities for variation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and development.

The position involves a generalist role, meaning that duties may also include reception work within the primary care center's combined mandate. Therefore, work with children and adolescents may become relevant. Working hours are during the day on weekdays, with opening hours from 08:00 to 17:00.

Qualifications

You are a licensed psychologist or another licensed healthcare professional with basic psychotherapy training in CBT and an interest in primary care.

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills, a welcoming attitude, and a desire to contribute to the development of working methods and the work environment.

Interviews are conducted continuously during the application period. Start date is negotiable.

Requirements:

• Licensed Psychologist / Licensed Healthcare Professional
• Documented CBT competence
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Category B driver's license with driving experience
