About the Department

Welcome to our clinic in the beautiful nature of Säter! Do you want to work in a modern dental environment with dedicated colleagues and varied tasks? Here, you will find a developing role with good teamwork and a positive atmosphere. At the clinic, we have a business manager, a clinic coordinator, three dentists, two dental hygienists, and six dental assistants. We use digital X-rays and the T4 system for scheduling, economy, and medical records. Every day starts with a joint morning meeting to plan the day, and we work only during daytime hours.

Our clinic is located by the beautiful Lake Ljustern, perfect for a refreshing swim in the summer. Do you play golf? The course is within walking distance! In winter, Romme Alpin is just a short trip away. You are also close to Borlänge and Falun, and Stockholm is reachable in just over two hours by car or train. Responsibilities

We are now looking for a dental assistant with great commitment and interest in quality-oriented dental care for children and adults to join our clinic in Säter. Together with us, you will work to make our vision a reality. You will have varied tasks within the dental assistant's area of competence, working with patients of all ages. This includes assisting, prophylaxis, sterilization, and reception duties. We use digital X-rays and the T4 system for scheduling and medical records. We also have a scanner for impressions. You will have your own patients and assist the dentist with training prior to fillings. We are starting to work in teams to provide patients with secure and professional care through examinations, check-ups, and treatments.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Dental Assistant degree
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken

Merits:

• Experience working as a dental assistant
• Experience with the T4 system

Personal qualities:

You work well with other people and communicate in a sensitive manner with both colleagues and patients. You believe that care and service are a natural part of the job, and it is obvious to involve the patient in possible treatment options. Furthermore, you are good at organizing and prioritizing work efficiently.
