About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer to strengthen our team in the development and maintenance of business-critical solutions based on the Pega Platform. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.

The work includes both new development and further development of existing systems, as well as participation in technical decision-making and solution design.

Responsibilities

Design and development of solutions in Pega Platform.
Requirements analysis and technical specification.
Integration with internal and external systems.
Ensuring code quality and adherence to established development principles.
Technical advisory and support to projects and teams.
Participation in architecture and design decisions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in system development.
At least 5 years of experience developing in Pega Platform.
Documented experience in implementing and configuring complex Pega solutions.
Experience in integration development using REST and SOAP services.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification as Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA).
Experience with large-scale transformation or digitalization projects.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing processes.
Experience working in the public sector or large organizations.
