CSM (Customer Support Manager) / Administrative Customer Responsibility

We are currently looking for an Administrative Customer Manager for a rapidly growing industrial company in Ljungby. As a CSM, you are responsible for the entire order process, including order confirmations, delivery bookings, delivery notes, and invoicing. You also serve as the ongoing point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth communication.

Who are you?

You are meticulous, responsible, and flexible. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent command of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form. This is a requirement.

Desirable experience and skills

  • Experience in order management, finance, or customer responsibility within industrial companies.
  • Knowledge or experience with the business system Monitor.
  • General IT knowledge and a genuine interest in technology.
  • A university education is desirable.
