The Individual and Family Care Administration is undergoing an important transformation. We are developing social services with a clearer focus on preventive work and increased accessibility. Our ambition is to meet residents early and offer support before problems become too large. The work in the administration is characterized by participation, a systemic perspective, high competence, and strong user influence.

You will work in the social administrative unit, which consists of eleven administrators and two café staff members. The unit is a central part of the administration and supports both managers and employees through administrative and practical tasks. Here, you will join a team with good cohesion, where we value humor, collaboration, and an egalitarian approach. The unit is also responsible for staffing the administration's reception.

As a café assistant, you are responsible for the daily operation of the café and contribute to a pleasant environment for both colleagues and visitors. Your duties include, among other things:

• Staff and manage the café's daily operations
• Prepare sandwiches, simple snacks, and serving products
• Handle sales and cash register duties
• Order goods and maintain inventory and assortment
• Dishwashing and keeping the café, kitchen, and dining area clean
• Ensure that common areas are welcoming and pleasant
• Receive and unpack deliveries
• Report faults and follow up on simple practical issues
• Support in other service and operational tasks as needed

We are looking for you who have basic skills through education and/or work experience, as well as experience from working in a café, kitchen, shop, or restaurant. You have knowledge of food handling and hygiene routines and feel comfortable working in a service-oriented environment. As a person, you are communicative and outgoing, with a positive attitude towards both colleagues and visitors. You are a quick learner, pick up new tasks quickly, and thrive in a role where the pace may vary. Furthermore, you are flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the operation, while working systematically and taking responsibility for your tasks both independently and in collaboration with others.
