We are now looking for an Administrative Case Handler for our client in Linköping. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a varied and service-oriented role where you help people daily through professional interaction, counseling, and administrative processing.
About the RoleAs an Administrative Case Handler, you will become an important part of the operation and serve as a support for residents and patients. You will work with both customer service and administrative tasks in an environment where quality, accessibility, and service are in focus.
The role involves a varied combination of customer contact via phone and digital channels. Administrative processing and document management are also part of the position.
Your Responsibilities- Provide service and guidance via phone and digital channels
- Handle cases related to patient invoices
- Inform about fees and regulations in healthcare
- Answer questions regarding healthcare choices and high-cost protection
- Handle orders for products that support patients' care and health
- Scan documents

We are looking for you whoHave at least a high school education and experience from customer service, support, or other service-oriented operations. You thrive with many contact surfaces and feel comfortable handling various types of questions and cases.

Additional Information- Location: Linköping
- Scope: Full-time
- Working Hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday
- Start: As agreed
- Contract Duration: At least 6 months with good opportunities for extension
