We are looking for an experienced interim unit manager for a consultancy assignment within the public sector in Jönköping via Jefferson Wells. The assignment concerns a central kitchen responsible for the production and distribution of meals to healthcare and restaurants.

Assignment Description

As the unit manager, you have overall responsibility for personnel, budget, and working environment. You lead approximately 22 employees and ensure stable operations in a business undergoing change, where new working methods and an updated meal concept are being implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute daily work, with two direct reports
• Responsibility for personnel, budget, and working environment

• Drive improvements in staffing and working methods
