As an assembler at Bosch, you have overall responsibility for transforming technical components into finished quality products through both sub-assembly and final assembly. The work takes place in a structured flow on the assembly line, where you assemble components and products with great precision in strict accordance with technical drawings and work instructions. You ensure that every step is performed with precision to meet our high requirements for function and quality.

To thrive in this role, we believe you are curious, detail-oriented, and driven. We look for someone who can work independently but also collaborates well with others. If you are technically interested and hold a forklift license, we view this as a merit, but we are also interested in recent graduates or those without prior experience. Working hours may vary across different shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written instructions (e.g., work orders and drawings)
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.

• Is a good team player who contributes to a positive atmosphere.
• Enjoys working at a high pace.

Merits:

• Category B driver's license and access to a car
• Forklift license and experience with order-picking forklifts
• Previous assembly experience
