About the position

• Location: Gnosjö
• Working hours: Irregular hours and shifts occur
• Employment type: Fixed-term employment (full-time)
• Start date: Immediately

The work involves monitoring machines and processes, performing minor adjustments, handling material flows, and ensuring that production runs stably and efficiently. You check the quality of finished profiles, document deviations, and actively contribute to improvement work within the team.

About you

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and thrives in a practical role within production. You work methodically, have a high level of safety awareness, and are accustomed to following procedures throughout the entire work process.

As a person, you are self-motivated but also easy to collaborate with and communicate with colleagues. You contribute stability, structure, and a strong focus on quality to daily work.

The most important thing is that you have the right attitude, a willingness to develop, and a commitment to contributing to a safe and efficient production.

Formal qualifications

• Driver's license B & access to a car
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Experience working in industry or production
