Job Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you have a dual role where you lead daily operations alongside your regular role as a Property Technician. You act as a link between the work group and management, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. As Operations Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations at our office in Anderstorp. You lead, plan, and distribute work for the employees in the area and ensure that the business is run efficiently and with high quality. You become part of the team in Värnamo/Anderstorp, which consists of 10 colleagues, and report directly to the Operations Manager in Värnamo.

Your tasks will include among other things:

• service work, repairs, maintenance work, and property rounds
• work planning
• Handling of offers
• Assisting in the distribution of fault reports
• Assisting in the introduction of new employees
• Supporting employees in interpreting contracts so they can be followed correctly
• Working for a good work environment and cohesion for the employees in the group

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Experience as a Property Technician or related profession
• Good computer literacy
• Good knowledge of Office
• Class B driving license
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Meritorious with experience in leadership

As an Operations Manager, you have a business-like approach and the ability to build good relationships – both internally with your employees and externally with customers. You are responsible, service-oriented, and receptive. You have excellent teamwork skills and are a problem solver who enjoys taking initiative. You are structured, self-directed, and stress-resistant. As a person, you are unpretentious and step up where needed.

Administration is an important part of the role, and our customers have high demands on documentation, reporting, and delivery. Therefore, we see that you have good administrative skills and are accustomed to using computers and mobile phones as natural work tools in your daily life.
