The Workplace

The municipal healthcare in Nordmaling Municipality is responsible for providing healthcare services around the clock. The HSL unit consists of district nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and foot care specialists, working with special housing, short-term placements, group homes, and home care.

We offer an attractive work schedule that you can influence yourself, with a limited number of evenings and weekends during a 15-week scheduling period.

The Role and Responsibilities

The work involves standard tasks within municipal healthcare/home care. Adequate acute and planned interventions during on-call duties, both in special housing, ordinary housing, as well as unplanned home visits requested by the health center or 1177. As a nurse, you perform medical treatment and nursing interventions. You also provide guidance and delegation to care staff. We work with the quality registers Senior Alert, BPSD, and the Palliative Register. Documentation is done in LifeCare.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with experience preferably from municipal and/or regional operations.

A B-class driver's license is required.

You are expected to work independently. We want you to take responsibility, be solution-focused, and have a reflective approach in your work. The work requires that you have good social skills, are meticulous, responsible, and flexible.

The Employment

The position is 100%, where 80% is directed towards special housing and 20% is a pool where you support other teams.
