Your tasks

As a nursing assistant, you work closely with elderly people in their own homes. You work from a specific geographical area together with your colleagues, where you start your shift by coordinating the day's work based on planning.

• The tasks vary depending on the individual's needs and may include:
• personal care
• support during meals
• cleaning
• social interaction and support in daily life
• medication management
• documentation

You will also be a designated care contact for some of the people we support, which entails special responsibility for continuity, involvement, and security.

About you

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and who meet people with respect, sensitivity, and care. Experience from previous work within home care is an advantage.

You are confident in yourself, enjoy collaborating with others, and have the ability to adapt your working methods based on each person's unique needs. You contribute to a good work climate and want to be part of developing care with high quality.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You also have a B driving license and/or can cycle.
