Assignment Description

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer.

What You Will Work On

• Plan, design, and execute:
• Performance Tests
• Load Tests
• Stress Tests
• Scalability Tests
• Capacity Tests
• Develop and maintain automated performance testing frameworks
• Validate performance characteristics of transaction-intensive microservices
• Analyze:
• Response Times
• Throughput
• Resource Utilization
• Scalability
• System Stability
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
• Document findings, recommendations, and improvement actions
• Collaborate with developers and platform engineers to resolve performance issues
• Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting activities
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Evaluate platform readiness during cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Contribute to performance engineering standards and testing methodologies
• Improve observability and monitoring capabilities
• Support continuous performance validation throughout the software lifecycle

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance testing or load testing
• Experience testing distributed and microservice-based systems
• Strong understanding of performance engineering principles
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and identifying bottlenecks
• Experience with automated testing and scripting
• Strong Python programming skills
• Ability to interpret system behavior under load and stress conditions
• Experience working with development and operations teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and drive testing activities forward
