Job Description
The position involves working as a case worker for cases where outpatient care has been approved. As a case worker, you are responsible for initiating interventions together with the family and those who will carry them out. You are also responsible for following up on interventions to ensure they have brought about a change for the child/adolescent. You are responsible for planning and following up on contact family and contact person interventions. The role also includes recruiting contact persons. There are three case workers in the group in total.
Qualifications
- Social Work Degree (Social Worker)
- Category B Driver's License
Experience in investigating cases involving children and adolescents is an advantage.
About the Position
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: According to agreement.
Background Check
To work in roles close to users and patients, you must submit a certificate of good conduct from the Swedish Police Authority. You must request this certificate yourself from the National Police Board using the form "Extract from the Criminal Record Register" available in the form archive on the Police website.
