You will step into an important assignment within property management where a commercial property requires a comprehensive technical inspection. The building includes both retail spaces and offices, and the inspection is intended to provide a clear basis for assessing the property's technical and structural status. The focus is on creating a professional and useful overall picture of the condition and remaining service life of central components. You work independently in an assignment where the quality of your analysis and documentation is crucial for future decisions. • You conduct a visual inspection of a commercial property's technical and structural components.
• You assess, among other things, the substation, fan units, roof, facade, windows, and sewer stacks.
• You create a consolidated picture of the property's status based on on-site observations.
• You produce a professional report with a clear assessment of the components' condition and service life.
• You ensure that the documentation is of high quality and that your certification is included in the report.
• You plan and carry out the inspection at a consolidated time so that all relevant areas can be covered.

• You are a certified inspector.
• You have experience in visual inspection and technical assessment of the structural and technical components of properties.
• You can independently conduct inspections and deliver a professional report.
• You have a good ability to assess the condition and remaining service life of components.
• You express yourself clearly in writing and can document your conclusions in a structured and professional manner.
