About the role

We are looking for you, an Operations Manager who is comfortable in your leadership role and acts as a role model for the team in customer service and sales. Through your way of supporting and motivating your employees, you actively influence Lagershop and its results.

Our team consists of a wonderful group of positive and engaged employees who are skilled in store operations. As one of the team's leaders, you participate actively in daily operations and are responsible for ensuring that all NetOnNet visitors are met by knowledgeable, well-motivated, and accessible Lagershop employees. Our Lagershop concept is built on providing customers with home electronics quickly, simply, and at warehouse prices.

You will work closely with the Lagershop Manager and be active in working together with the team, both on the floor and with administrative tasks. This involves daily planning of staffing and scheduling, responsibility for inventory and other tasks delegated by the Lagershop Manager, and you will be part of the Lagershop management group. You need to have a strong interest in leadership, customers, and sales in general. At NetOnNet, we constantly strive for development, improvement, and results, where your leadership will play a key role in the entire team's development.

The position is based on a Lagershop employee role with an additional responsibility allowance for the Operations Manager role. The position is 80% and the work will be scheduled during day and evening hours, as well as on weekends.

If you have experience from the industry, it is an advantage, but absolutely not necessary. It is much more important that you have the right attitude and ability to lead and coach others.
