Aleris Clinical Physiology is one of Sweden's largest outpatient operations in its field and works on behalf of Region Stockholm. At our clinic on Folkungagatan, we perform advanced physiological examinations of the heart, blood vessels, and lungs with high medical quality and a strong patient focus.

We are now looking for a Unit Manager who wants to take over an operation characterized by good results, high patient satisfaction, and close collaboration between professions. About the role

As a Unit Manager, you are responsible for the operation, employees, economy, and quality. You lead a competent cross-professional team consisting of biomedical analysts and doctors, where collaboration and knowledge exchange are a natural part of everyday life.

You work closely with the Business Area Manager and other managers within the business area and become an important part of the continued development work.

We are looking for you who are a present and clear leader who can create conditions for employees to develop, while driving the operation forward with a focus on quality, accessibility, and job satisfaction.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Lead, coach, and develop employees and operations
• Have personnel, work environment, and budget responsibility
• Ensure high medical quality and good accessibility
• Drive improvement and development work
• Work with business follow-up and quality work
• Contribute to a positive culture where collaboration, participation, and engagement are central
• Build and develop relationships with internal and external partners

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience from operations within clinical physiology
• Previous managerial experience with personnel and budget responsibility, or other documented leadership experience
• Experience in change and development work
• Good understanding of quality work within healthcare
• Ability to create engagement, participation, and trust
• Good communication skills and a non-hierarchical approach to work
