As a nurse at the clinic for patients with cognitive impairment, you become a key person in the assessment, follow-up, and support of patients and their relatives.
You will have an independent and varied job while being part of a well-functioning multiprofessional team. There are good opportunities here to deepen your competence in the area and help develop future care for this patient group.
We work in the journal system TakeCare.
We are looking for:
You who are a licensed nurse or district nurse. You have experience working with patients with cognitive impairment and from primary care or other relevant work (meritorious). You thrive with both independent work and close collaboration. You have a professional, secure, and empathetic approach. You are curious, solution-oriented, and see opportunities in change. You contribute to a positive work environment and appreciate having fun at work.
