We provide care and services to our customers through municipal grants or as a RUT service. Based on the customer's needs, we work together to create a secure service tailored to their requirements and wishes. We actively work with dedicated care contacts and, to best meet the needs and routines of our customers, we prioritize small work groups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always get better.

Today, the company has over 1,500 employees, including assistant nurses, care assistants, and cleaners. We have specialized competence in dementia and palliative care. The name Allegio comes from the Latin word 'Legio', meaning 'selected crew' – this is the motto by which we work: we know we offer the best service when we also have the best and most dedicated staff!

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with individuals. It is very important that you respect our customers and provide the absolute best service.

Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is essential.

We are seeking temporary staff with or without a driver's license for the period of June to August. There is an opportunity to continue working after the summer.

We are a large operation divided into three units. Two units involve cycling or walking, and one involves driving a car.

Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis, with start dates by agreement.
