As a care companion, you become an important part of another person's daily life. You contribute with presence, companionship, and social stimulation.

What does a care companion do?

A care companion meets a client regularly for activities that the client desires. This can include:

• Walks
• Conversations over a cup of coffee
• Companionship during activities
• Reading aloud
• Card games and board games
• Help with simple errands
• Accompanying to the doctor, hairdresser, or store
• Cleaning / laundry (but not personal hygiene)
• Joint excursions

The most important thing is not what you do, but that the client receives social companionship and human contact.

Your expression of interest is not linked to a specific assignment but is registered in our network for future matching.
