About Villa Agadir

We are located in newly built, beautifully furnished premises in the scenic Dalenum area on Lidingö. Villa Agadir consists of 54 apartments spread over three floors with shared spaces such as a living room, a banquet hall, and large, pleasant balconies.

Outside, you will find beautiful walking paths and a garden facility with a greenhouse and seating areas. The Lidingö tram from Ropsten takes less than 10 minutes and stops at AGA station. From there, it is about a 5-minute walk to Villa Agadir. Car parking is available adjacent to the residence.

• We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that everyone working here is trained in dementia care and interaction through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.
• We apply a needs-based preference schedule. This means that as an employee, you have the opportunity to influence your own working hours based on needs and preferences. We create schedules for 10 weeks at a time.
• We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg.
• You have a group manager who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations. Becoming a group manager can also be a career opportunity for you as a care assistant.
• Here we work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy dogs.

As a Care Assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We are looking for a certified Care Assistant who has worked for a few years in elder care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement. You need to share our values and have the right qualities, as well as a genuine interest in working with people.
