About the Department

Pediatrics in Sundsvall works with family-centered care for children aged 0–18 across all professions. We are a strong team consisting of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, play therapists, counselors, and more, working based on teamwork. Everyone is involved in the care of the children. As a nurse with us, you are part of a team where we work together for good nursing care and family-centered care. Onboarding is tailored to your individual needs.

We are looking for a pediatric specialist nurse or registered nurse to join us. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date according to agreement.

Responsibilities

• Ward work
• Specimen collection
• Medication handling
• Observations
• Rounds
• Reporting
• Knowledge of the technical equipment we use, as well as setting up, using, and cleaning it

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has experience working in a hospital
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you

• Have work experience in inpatient pediatric care
• Have further education as a pediatric specialist nurse
